Orders paid by cheque or transfer will only be sent once payment is received.
DELAYS FOR DELIVERY:
The order will be sent 48 hours after acceptance of payment, by letter MAX with tracking system (priority letter with delivery D+1, estimated delay).
This type of dispatch is valid in mainland France, Monaco, Andorra, Corsica, Guyana, Guadeloupe, Martinique and Réunion.You can also choose a delivery by recorded “Colissimo” for mainland France only.See all our dispatch conditions in “Frais de Port” section (Delivery Fees section).Under no circumstances, accordeon-musicstore.com can be held responsible for a delivery delay due to a postal or carrier error.
You will be informed by mail of the dispatch date. If your order has not arrived 8 days after the dispatch due date, please let us know, using our contact form, so that we can track down the problem.
RIGHT OF RETRACTION:
On products under the rules of intelectual property such as audio or video recordings, you cannot exercise this right if they have been unsealed, according to the article L121-20-2 of the consumption code.
However, as an individual, you have a right of retraction with a delay of 7 days, if the product has kept its original seal.
In that case, you must contact us before the end of the legal delay.
We’ll make every effort to reimburse you or to exchange the product, depending on what you prefer, in 30 days maximum.
